Steve and Jackie - Ancaster Mill, Hamilton Wedding Photographer

Being a photographer is such a cool experience. You get to connect with people you have never met, and reconnect with people you haven’t seen in ages. Jackie and I went to high school together. To be a part of her wedding day was so special. She is an amazing mother, friend, daughter….reconnecting with her and Steve was just wonderful. Their wedding at the Ancaster Mill was just picture perfect. Here are a few favourites from their stunning wedding day!

Nishya and Pedram - Honsberger Estate, Jordan Wedding Photographer

Nishya and Pedram had a wedding that will forever stick out in my memories. This super sweet couple tied the knot, and I felt like we had become such good friends by the end of the night. Filled with so much love, family, and good food, I can say I didn’t want it to end.

Jordan and Nicole - Sugarloaf Marina Wedding

I love shooting with Jesse James Photography! He has taught me so much over the years, and taken me to some amazing venues. Sugarloaf Marina is no exception! It provides such a beautiful backdrop for photos. Jordan and Nicole had such a unique wedding - the location we took the bridal portraits had all the farm animals! It definitely sparked joy. Here are some of my favourites from their wedding day.

Andrew and Kylie - Lakeview by Carmen's, Stoney Creek Wedding Photography

Thinking back to this perfect wedding day. My friends Andy and Kylie threw an awesome bash for their wedding. Filled with tender moments, amazing decor, fantastic company and great music. This one will definitely stick with me. Here are some of my favourite images from their wedding day at The Lakeview by Carmen’s

Justin and Samantha - Grand Olympia, Stoney Creek Wedding Photographer

Shooting for my little protege Amber Kay Photography is always so much fun. Seeing her bloom into such a beautiful artist is such a trip. I love it! Shooting this winter wedding with her at the Grand Olympia in Stoney Creek was such a blast. Thanks for having me, girl!

Richard and Katelyn - Camp Trillium, Rainbow Lake Wedding Photography

Sometimes, you shoot a wedding that just sticks to your soul. Katelyn and Richard's was definitely one of them. I mean, it's not everyday two love birds get married at a kids camp! Their wedding day was filled with rain, but they never let that stop them from having an amazing time. Thanks, Jesse James Photography for inviting me out to this one!

Also, really glad I was connected to Kindred Design & Decor Rentals - they did an amazing job decorating this beauty <3

Stephanie and Cory - Carmen's Banquet Hall, Hamilton Wedding Photography

I first met Stephanie 6 years ago. After our first session together, we became fast friends. I remember the first time we spoke, and she gushed about her boyfriend Cory. It was adorable, and I could tell right away that this relationship was special. When they decided to get married, I was ecstatic to document their engagement and wedding. Over the years, I have documented all of their milestones, and I can’t express how happy that makes me. Watching their kids grow up, and capturing them in the process in timeless images - man, that just hits me in the feels. So this blog post is dedicated to two special people, on Valentine’s Day (one day before their anniversary). I’m also including some additional photos of their family throughout the years, because if I’m taking a trip down memory lane, you should join me. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Xoxo

Heather and Dane - Palletta Mansion, Burlington Wedding Photographer

Heather and Dane were amazing clients. I loved every interaction we had. I had only spoken with them via skype and a few times before their Canadian wedding reception at Palletta Mansion. These two met and fell in love in Australia, eloped in Iceland, and then had a Canadian wedding reception (which I had the pleasure of photographing). The day of their reception was just perfect. The atmosphere was so relaxed and fun. Definitely a wedding party I won’t soon forget!

Andy and Natasha - Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King, Hamilton

Andy and Natasha were the sweetest couple. When we met, they said they only cared about being married - and I could tell. It was so sweet, hearing about their intimate wedding planned for the fall. Natasha always loved the doors at Cathedral of Christ the King, so we managed to use it as a backdrop for their wedding photos. It was the coldest day - though you would never know. The couple, and their squad, braved the elements like champions. We had a blast! Here are some of my favourite images from their big day.
